Shipping

We ship to the U.S. and Canada only! We utilize UPS for products shipped to standard street addresses within the 48 contiguous states. Products shipped to P.O. Box addresses, and APO/FPO addresses ship United States Postal Service. Products shipped to Canada may be subject to duty upon delivery.

Please refer to the chart below for our current shipping rates. Your exact shipping will be calculated for you upon checkout. Shipping dates are estimated from the day the order is shipped. Please allow 24 hours (1 business day) for us to process your order before ship. We do not process orders on weekends and major holidays. Your order may be shipped in multiple packages and may arrive separately.

Note: Liberator Shapes ship direct from the manufacturer. Due to their size, they can ONLY be delivered via Ground Shipping.

If you are dissatisfied with your product(s) for any reason simply return them! Everything at Casual Caress carries a 30 day money back guarantee (less shipping and handling).

In the case of defective or damaged items we will issue you a full refund including all applicable shipping charges and a you will be sent a UPS call tag to cover return shipping costs.

Requesting returns is simple.
Just contact us through our Support Form and provide your name, order ID and a brief reason for the return. We'll respond with complete instructions on how to return your package.

Note: Please be aware that we cannot accept return merchandise that arrives without an RMA number on the outside of the package.
